'Ungual'
So you say, what,......? What is ungual? Well, it is the distal most claw or hoof bearing phalanx.
If that doesn't help, than maybe this picture will.
This is my drawing of a Centrosuarus's phalanges, and ungual. |
Have an awesome week, everybody!!!

Fantastic drawing going on here! That Centrosaurus phalange drawing is like out of the classic textbooks.
ReplyDeleteThat has to be the most complicated Inchie I've ever seen (the whole concept just boggles the mind, doesn't it?); you really rocked it! Nice work with Yuma; it definitely is a great pattern to work with! Have a brilliant, sunshiny day! c
ReplyDeletegreat drawing of the ungual. Really like your use of Yuma and the other pattern together

Your monotangle Yuma is very, very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to read up on the Inchie scene----something to do with bones? I'm here from the Yuma Diva's challenge. I think it has infinite possibilities as you illustrated. Nice!
ReplyDeleteWell, I have learnt something today in your Inchie - which looks really cool, actually! And love your Yuma! I'm so enjoying this new tangle. Axxx
ReplyDeleteVery nice combination of the two tangles in the tile. Yuma in your tile looks like flowers...
ReplyDeleteWonderful tile with great depth! Interesting inchie!
ReplyDeleteWonderful Duo-Tangle, Annette. The Yuma and Stripes Tangles go together so well. The highlights on Stripes look great. Wonderful Tile.
ReplyDeletethank you for your entry, looks very nice.
ReplyDeleteYour Yuma has a very flowery look to it. I love this unique approach. The Striping really makes a nice contrast. And, that inchie, well I don't even know what to say. It sure was an interesting word :)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea t put the striping between the yuma seeds. Makes it look very interesting wiht great depth and 3d looking figures!
ReplyDeleteLove the inchie. Your Yuma tile with the striping makes me think of a gathering of zebras at the watering hole. Very well done.
ReplyDeleteWonderful drawings. Love your interpretation on the inchie.
