FUN AND EASY
Time to put those toilet paper rolls to use!!
Now if you're like me, every time a roll of toilet paper is finished, I look
at that cardboard tube and think, "There's gotta be something I can do with this!!"
Anyway, I saw this on Pinterest, but I could not find the original pin, to give credit to the
person I learned this from. (so sorry)
So anyway, here is my version of these cute lil' gift boxes.
The papers I used to cover the tubes
I bought at JoAnn's Fabrics. They come in a stack already the perfect size
to cover the roll.
I used the Sobo glue and went around the edges of the paper and X'd the center.
Then I applied it to the roll.
Next fold down about 1" of the end on one side and then proceed to do
a total of 4 folds.
This is what the outcome should look like.
I used red, white and blue because my son's birthday is on 4th of July.
He wanted those colors for his early school bday party.
The kids just loved them!
I can only imagine how cute they can be, made for baby, or wedding showers!
Then just fill them up with whatever you'd like!
Save those rolls!
It's amazing how long I had been saving them and only had 25 when I went
to make these! (I thought I would have had lots more than that)
Have fun!!
